Fun sailing events usually occur in the warmer season including fun days and evenings and trips from the club to the sandbanks in the harbour during low tides in Summer. Longer cruise trips to the Isle of Wight are also usually scheduled involving an escorted fleet sailing out to Seaview Bay for the day.
The club also has rentable/bookable SUPs, canoes and kayaks. Certain membership types include use of these
